You must register for the conference (w/payment) by October 4th, 2010 in order to participate in a School Visit. There will be no on-site registration | |
Substitutions, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Registration substitutions will only be accepted upon receipt of a written request on appropriate letterhead and faxed to 505-243-0377. Substitution requests must be received by our office no later than October 18, 2010. The request must include the name of the original registrant, and the name (and contact information), for the new registrant.
- Request for cancellations and fee refunds must be submitted in writing to La Cosecha 2010 and received on or before September 28, 2010. A processing fee of $100 will be asessed per registration cancellation, and will be issued six weeks after the conference. No refund requests postmarked after September 28, 2010 will be honored. There will be no refunds or exchanges for school visits.
- It is the responsibility of the sponsoring organization and/or individual to follow the policy for substutions, cancellations, and refunds.

Registration Issues
- Name badges will be required for entrance to ALL conference events, including presentations, meals, and exhibits. A replacement badge will be charged the full conference registration rate.

A tentative Schedule of presentations will be posted on La Cosecha website: http://lacosecha.dlenm.org and updated beginning August, 2010 and updated regularly.
Registration Fee includes: Opening Reception, Continental Breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Thursday Lunch, Friday’s Conference Dance, and all sessions and exhibits.
