Registration Policy and Procedures
To make registration for La Cosecha 2012 as easy as possible, please follow these instructions:
- Avoid delays - registration will be processed ONLY when accompanied by complete credit card information, check, or copy of purchase order including PO number.
- Use a separate form for each registrant if using hard copy registration.
- The group registration form is available online below
- If paying by credit card, submit your credit card information through our secure online form or fax a completed form to (505) 243-0377 (attention: La Cosecha 2012).
- Only purchase orders (PO) that release a payment check within 30 days of issue will be accepted.
- It is the responsibility of the school/district to request an invoice or receipt if one is needed.
- If payment is through purchase order (PO) or institutional (school/district) check for more than one registrant, please list each participant's name on the purchase order.
- SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
- Registration substitutions will only be accepted by written request on appropriate letterhead and faxed to 505-243-0377. Substitution requests must be received by October 15, 2012. The request must include the name of the original registrant and the name and contact information for the new registrant.

Request for cancellations and fee refunds must be submitted in writing to La Cosecha 2012 and received by September 28, 2012.
Refunds will be processed six weeks after the conference, and a $100
cancellation fee will apply. No refunds for ticketed events.
